The living room has been furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a pouf and a TV.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a fridge (with internal freezer), a microwave, a stove top and cutlery and crockery for six people. There is also a table with two chairs (and two extra folding chairs).
Next to the kitchen, you will find the bathroom, that has a shower cabin and a washing machine inside a cabinet below the basin.
A wooden staircase will lead you to the loft, where you will find the bedroom, furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm).
The study has also several wall wardrobes.
The living room is air-conditioned.
This apartment is situated a few steps from the heart of Trastevere and overlooks Via della Fonte d'Olio.

- Trastevere Station (connection with the airport of Fiumicino): about 2.2km (20 minutes walk)
- Bus line 780: Monday through Friday, it runs every 15 minutes
- Tram 8 to Piazza Venezia

The heart of this area is Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. The fountain in the center is the work of Carlo Fontana. The square, as the entire neighborhood, has become one of the landmarks for the night life of the Romans, tourists and a meeting place regardless of age or nationality.
Trastevere offers endless possibilities for fun: from the opportunity, in summer, to "camp out" under the stars with a cool drink and a guitar, the idea of a dinner in a popular restaurant or an historical pizzeria, to the shopping opportunities in small delightful shops.
